6rwon Terms & Conditions

1 Nature of Agreement

By accessing or using the 6rwon platform, you fully agree to these Terms & Conditions. This document forms a legal agreement between you and 6rwon. If you do not agree with any part, please stop using the platform.

These terms apply to users in Bangladesh and are written in Bengali. In the event of any conflict, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.

2 Changes to Terms

6rwon reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continuing to use the platform after changes take effect means you have accepted the new terms. We recommend reviewing this page regularly.

3 User Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to use the 6rwon platform:

• You must be at least 21 years old — this platform is for users aged 21 and above only.
• You must have a valid Bangladeshi mobile number registered in your own name.
• You must open an account on this platform of your own free will and with full awareness.
• You must not reside in any jurisdiction where online gaming is legally prohibited.

4 Account Registration & Verification

Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will be treated as fraud.

Provide accurate information at the time of registration:

• Full legal name (as per national ID card)
• Active mobile number
• Valid email address (if applicable)
• Date of birth (for age verification)

6rwon may request identity verification documents at any time. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

5 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access, notify the support team immediately.

6rwon will not be liable for any loss arising from third-party use of your account.

6 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds on the 6rwon platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks).

• You must provide the correct amount and reference number when making a deposit.
• Deposits from third-party accounts or borrowed cards are prohibited.
• Deposits made with fraudulent intent will be reversed immediately and the relevant authorities may be notified.

7 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions must be met to withdraw winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name.
• Every withdrawal request goes through a verification process.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals may be held if account verification has not been completed.

8 Welcome Bonus

New members at 6rwon will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

Examples:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳32,000 → Bonus ৳15,000 (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳47,000

Wagering requirements:

Before withdrawing the bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit + bonus combined).

9 General Bonus Rules

• Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• If an attempt is made to claim bonuses by opening multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed.
• Bonuses can only be used for betting on the 6rwon platform and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• 6rwon reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If an account is closed before the wagering requirements are met, the bonus will be forfeited.

10 VIP Program Terms

6rwon has three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit.

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

You can advance to a higher VIP tier through regular and active participation. The cashback amount and conditions for receiving it are at 6rwon's discretion.

11 General Gaming Rules

The 6rwon platform offers slots, live casino, sports betting, and various other game types. Each game has its own rules, and it is the user's responsibility to read them before starting a game.

• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the related bet will be cancelled and funds will be returned.
• If a game is interrupted due to an internet disconnection, the result recorded on the server will be considered final.
• Manipulating game results or using any automated software is strictly prohibited.

12 Sports Betting Terms

The sports betting section offers markets for cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are final — even if odds change afterwards, the odds at the time of placement will remain in effect.

• If an event is cancelled, the funds for the related bet will be returned.
• In the event of any dispute, 6rwon's decision will be considered final.
• If match fixing or the use of insider information is suspected, the related bet will be cancelled.

13 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 6rwon and will result in permanent account closure:

• Money laundering or circulation of illegal funds.
• Playing games using automated bots or scripts.
• Abuse of the bonus system (bonus arbitrage, multi-accounting).
• Colluding with the intent to harm other users.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities of the platform.

14 Use of Personal Information

6rwon collects, stores, and processes users' personal information. This information is used only for the following purposes:

• Account verification and identity confirmation.
• Processing financial transactions.
• Providing customer support.
• Fraud prevention and ensuring platform security.
• Relevant promotional communications (with the user's consent).

15 Security Measures

The 6rwon platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data transfers secure. Financial information is never sold or shared with third parties.

We follow industry-standard security protocols for data protection. However, no online platform can guarantee 100% security, so users are also advised to remain vigilant.

16 Service Limitations

The 6rwon platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We aim to provide uninterrupted service, but the service may be temporarily disrupted for the following reasons:

• Technical maintenance and upgrades.
• Issues with third-party service providers.
• Internet infrastructure problems.
• Natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances.

6rwon will not be liable for any loss arising from these causes.

17 Limitation of Damage Claims

In any situation, 6rwon's maximum liability is limited to the total funds in the user's account at the time of the relevant incident. Claims for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages will not be accepted.

18 Healthy Gaming Habits

6rwon believes that gaming is a form of entertainment only — it should not be treated as a source of income. We give responsible gaming the highest priority.

• Play within your financial limits.
• If you feel gaming is becoming a habit, take a break.
• Avoid placing more bets to try to recover losses.

22 Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any legal dispute, the jurisdiction of the relevant competent court shall apply.
